Do. I guess unless you “inhumanly” keep it locked down.
We poured concrete under our fences to keep our dog from digging under them… it still got out.
So do not have a big dog that could really harm someone…. That’s it… keep your dogs smaller than little kids, anything bigger is unnecessary and irresponsible (unless you live on a farm or out in the country)
