Serious question. Is Gatorade zero better for you?
Ok maybe getting rid of caffeine is good but my wife has been challenging me too. And she got me caffeine crystal light? Really why is soda any worse than those things? Is it the carbonation?

Of course, water for example. So you could retain water for a period. But you’re not “gaining weight”
