A couple years ago I bought my first insulated woter bottle...
Since then I have drank more and more water and less and less soda/flavorted drinks. I will occasionally stop at Sodalicious but even that is now less and less.
I have come to really prefer water and drink about 40 oz per day.

Of course, water for example. So you could retain water for a period. But you’re not “gaining weight”
