I make about that, the struggle is definitely real
Haven't had to take on a second job, but definitely feeling the squeeze on our finances that I can understand why others may need that.
I'm able to make a good 401k contribution every month, but outside of that usually don't have much left to put into savings.
Our mortgage is pretty cheap on our townhome that we bought in March 2020, but if I were buying right now, no way I'd be able to afford it without a second job, or just not contributing to retirement at all.
