3rd down stops, etc. A noisy few here think that only happens when you fire Tuiaki.
Problem is - none of them have any coaching experience. None of them know the Xs and Os, attend the practices, know about the small/nagging injuries, the strengths and weaknesses of the players or the opposing offenses as well as Tuiaki does. I trust Kalani and Tuiaki before the noisy few voices that want to fire him.
That said...there a few of the few that actually suggest potential DCs who might be a better fit. I don't know if they're wrong, right or dreaming, but at least I can respect that, versus those that blindly ignore facts like 21 wins over 2 seasons, beating Utah for the first time since 1900 with defense.
It needs improvement - no questions asked. I'm just not convinced that replacing him fixes that much. I'm not necessarily a raving fan of his, but I understand he knows more than I think I do about running a defense.
