If the Big12 is smart they will have done research on almost all schools when

they looked to expand last time and have folders on what each school brings. I would invite the 4 teams that bring the most Tv revenue. I would expect that to be UO and UW. Then I would look to California if all else is the same- grab Stanford and possibly even San Diego State. Plus it would help BYU recruiting to have those schools in the conference.
