naw, I think there are limits, free will doesn't work, there is an image to maintain. That said, trying to treat
college age adults like they are primary school kids is ridiculous. I'm not a fan and men with hair past their shoulders, or beards that are unkempt, or dreads. But I think there is plenty of room to allow for expression without all the hand wringing. It's not hard either. You define the standard in writing, take pictures of OKAY, NOT OKAY and let them police themselves.
