good as any athlete today. Pippin, Jordan, Clyde the glide, Barkley, Malone were all very explosive athletes. Who they are dunking on wouldn’t change much against GSW. They dunked on everyone! So athletic part isn’t an issue.

I agree the game has changed from physical to finesse.

When it comes to skill Bird and magic have the skill bball IQ to play in any decade.

Luka proves that you don’t have to be the most athletic player on the court to be dominant. Steph is a good example of that.

Stocktons IQ is up there as well.

We agree the game has changed, but I don’t agree that the dream team is behind in athletic ability. Watch some Karl, Jordan, pippin, Charles, Clyde, and Wilkins (from that era) highlights.

It would be interesting and a lot of fun to see. Just like the dream team would have a challenge facing the new style of game, the GSW would also struggle with facing the game that they haven’t faced either.
