I keep seeing articles about CEOs of huge companies saying WFH is bad for
management and career growth.
That just sounds like such a Luddite-esque argument.
Of course those guys don't know to manage and promote WFH employees. They're old and have never done it. And evaluating employees purely based on output is foreign to them, whether they'll admit it.
