as better for an overall career or for the company.
Jobs will be much more transient and it is next to impossible to create a close relationship on Zoom. You just don't "pop" in on a zoom call to tell someone something cool that happened to you on the way into the office, etc. Sure we can get the work done...maybe even more work. But IMO our group is not nearly as effective at developing certain skills needed to be a long term success and staff loyalty is hurt.
Just my opinion...but I am glad I only have a handful of years left in the workforce.
