We have been following BYU about the same amount of time. Over the last 45 years, BYU has never had the best Athletes. We have almost always gotten whipped by more talented teams. Other than the 79 - 84 run, where we simply had a throwing game advantage that others had not figured out, most season have been 8-4, give or take a game. I know we've had a couple of one loss seasons and a couple of losing seasons. All of that has been against WAC and MWC competition. We've always been a 500 team against good competition because we have never had anything close to top talent. Basically, you have been content for 44 years to cheer for a mediocre team... Tell me, what has changed this year? Why the sudden need for a more talented team before you will remain a fan?
