No, problem is that you believe your suggested changes will do more than is possible now with guys who really are doing
pretty good. I am not saying I don't think it's clear, the defense needs an upgrade. That is the test for KS to be a HC and simply admit that he needs someone better suited to be a DC running that side of the team.
That said, BYU has NEVER had a popular DC, Bronco wasn't DC long enough to get in trouble, so then you have Schmidt, Jaime, Howell, and Tuiaki... Schmidt was actually very good, he and Lamb had solid chemistry... Bronco's choices were terrible, and now we have Kalani and this guy wastes talent, I absolutely believe that.
