Those are challenges and a good coach will not use that as an excuse....
the Service Academies have even more stringent recruiting requirements than us and other inhibitors ( you have to serve in the military at graduation) Yet they are able to compete in Div 1.
Will we be Alabama or UGA or tOSU? Nope but we can be one of the top teams in the BIG XII and have a special season every couple of years.
We have heard information about what a joke or recruiting is. That is the lifeblood of college football. So the first thing to do with that BIG XII money is not increase coaches pay but to hire better or more people for the recruiting dept as well systems and processes to do it right.

Sure I do. Stop buying my season tickets and donating to the CC. Just like people did when Reid was the BB coach.
