When Samuelson was BYU President, there was a policy for the Honor Code
that you, as a student, could not go to anywhere where alcoholic beverages were sold. I was working at Church HQ at the time and I sent an interoffice message to him showing the language and explaining how ridiculous that was. Chili's, TGIFriday (there was one there at the time), Olive Garden, restaurants at Marriott hotels, etc., etc. all were general dinning places that families went to and how silly it was to state in the HC that a student couldn't go to one of those restaurants simply because they sold alcohol. It was obvious that BYU didn't push that issue at that time but it was not appropriate to factually require it.

Honestly, I thought I'd get some response, but it never happened.

About 6 or 7 years later I downloaded a new copy of the honor code and compared it to my original letter. It had been rephrased to not include such a requirement for someone to be HC compliant. Never knew if my letter had been any catalyst, or if it was that enough others did as well that BYU changed the policy or not. It would have been cordial for someone to have responded, but I was pleased the change was made regardless.

I don't know if sending your info to President Worthen would find any attention, but maybe.
