She's young for her grade, and she was pretty far behind (especially reading). It's gone pretty well and she's definitely caught up with the 1:1 attention she gets. She's heavily involved in competitive dance, so there has been zero downside socially. We are likely sending her back to public school this fall (she'll be entering 5th grade). My other 3 (boys) have gone the public school route - one graduated last year, one in 10th grade, one in 8th. It made a ton of sense for our situation and I don't regret doing it.
