A guy with his height & speed should NOT be a slot WR. Yet that's all his skill level allowed him to be at the D1 level (Yes, I know he usually didn't line up in the slot — but that IS the sorta route he usually gave us — cuz that's all he could be relied on to give us. Same with Kurtz.)
Mitchell Juergens was the ONLY complete WR in that whole mix. He's that only guy in that whole bunch that would likely start for us this season. I think Fesi would find a way to work in Matthews & Kurtz, but neither of those guys were very versatile despite all their athletic advantages.
