He did a good job as qb coach with ZW and keeping that momentum going with Hall
but now the OC is his baby, the qb room and everyone on the offensive side of the ball including coaches(he did bring in Funk who turned into a disaster).
Slovis was a good get but was completely misused. The offense is lacking and I personally think the identity they’re going for is a mistake.
