Let's not forget the non-existent run game early on when Slovis was under center, teams went all in on defending the
pass. The WRs got very little separation a lot of the time because of this. Sure, he had some wonky throws but also some very good ones. Wilson and Hall were able to extend plays with their feet and teams had to respect that more. If we had a decent run game when he played last year it would have made him look a lot better. Run game was abysmal. He got signed, he has NFL caliber arm talent
