Yep. I think the "Roger Reid coached boring
basketball so the fans stopped coming" narrative is a complete myth.
I also didn't think Reid's basketball was all that boring. He coached and taught excellent team basketball. But even if it was "boring" the fans kept coming because of the wins. They didn't suddenly stop showing up for 20 win teams.
