Because BSU and Utah routinely out recruit BYU.

Also both BSU and Utah will minimum qualifiers. BYU has far higher academic standards for student athletes than a vast majority of schools. Comparing BYU to Stanford in this regard is ridiculous because Stanford has a much larger recruiting base.
