Player motivation= They don't seem to play against rivals very well.

Player development= not so much as player development but he can't judge talent very well. Aka Riley Nelson getting back up reps in garbage time while Brad Sorenson sits on the bench. Kafusi (sp) as outside linebacker.

Hiring poor assistant coaches= Nick Howell, need I say more.
