"It IS a pyramid, made legal by the insertion of a product as a placeholder precisely to earn legality. So, yes, there is a "product" in there, but its wildly overpriced compared to similar products/ingredients, to facilitate the flow of dollars, in order to earn it's legality. That no one (or few) buys it, except for distributors, who are forced to buy (to move the dollars along legally) further demonstrate that its just a placeholder. So, legal? yes. Ethical? No way."
