Many MLMs actually have large numbers of retail customers that buy the product with no intent, or even ability, to distribute the product. Again, I am not, nor have I ever been, an MLM Distributor or an employee of an MLM company. I recognize that a lot of shady stuff happens with MLMs and their Distributors. However, I think it is very short-sighted to claim that there is not a legitimate business model in the MLM industry, especially with a viable product that people use.
