Actually, they are liable for claims made by distributors

I have an acquaintance who works there whose primary job is searching distributors websites looking for false claims (cures cancer, herpes, etc). They have a whole process by which they give the distributor the chance to rectify the problem before they suspend their distributor privileges.
I am sure that YL and Doterra would LOVE it if they weren't liable for such claims, but the fact is that they are.
