Vivint sounds like a totally different company now, was even just purchased right? It's like an addict that is staying clean. It was born from a security company called Apex that advertised all over LES, all the while still employing enough bad apples and allowing enough sleazy selling that they were sanctioned in multiple states by attorney generals due to consumer complaints. Actual fines and settlements were paid to actual State governments. All the while LES was draped in huge APX alarm branded banners and posters a few years back.
