@ Jazz vs Warriors playoff game in W's gear - some boos and hisses, few F- the Warrior's on my way to my seat. Once I sat down, nothing the rest of the game.

@ Cal vs Stanford, with my friend in Stanford gear - some boos and hisses, A LOT of F-Stanford, followed by drunken laughs, on my way to our seats. Once I sat down, random F-Stanford being yelled throughout the game, though not directed at us. A few rows above us a Stanford fan got sick of it and major fisticuffs ensued, in which this massive Stanford fan (who looked like a former player) pummeled this skinny drunk Cal fan. Very entertaining. No more F-Stanford bombs were dropped in our vicinity.

@ BYU vs Utah with my sister-in-law in Utah gear - some boos and hisses at her, followed with a smile. Once she sat down, she had a friendly conversation with the people next to her.

My SIL, openly acknowledges that BYU fans are a lot nicer than Utah fans. However, I don't think Ute fans are necessarily worse then many other fan bases in the country. There are jerks in every stadium and one's experience will likely be determined by whoever they happen to sit near, unfortunately.

@ Oakland Raiders vs KC Chiefs, just observed a Chiefs fan not far from us. F-KC all day long, personal attacks about the fans body and appearance. When the raiders began to lose, occasional hot dogs were thrown at the Chiefs fan. Apparently a lot of fans know his mother, sisters and other female relatives. Chiefs fan eventually left with a police escort giving Raiders fans a one fingered salute with both hands held high in the air. Very entertaining.
