Alabama won handily, but that wasn't good enough. After the game people from all over town, and I guess from surrounding burghs came down and lined every street and sidewalk exiting the stadium and made the Vols fans walk thru gauntlets on every sidewalk all the way back to their cars. The insults were hilarious to me as an outsider. I didn't see any punches thrown, but there was some true hatred going on. Bama fans think that when they got put on NCAA sanctions a while back, it was because Tennessee did the reporting to the NCAA.
