I think those types of comments, which I myself have made,
stem from the fact that we want to have more competitive games week to week. The BIG12 would have given BYU fans exciting games every week. But unfortunately the WCC does not provide that. Aside from St. Mary's and the Zags.m
That being said, the WCC has been great. It provides BYU with a chance every year to make it in the tournament and we need to be careful talking bad about our opponents when we have yet to win a WCC tournament.
