As a fan, you really need a reality check
Recruits ALWAYS like the big stage...Outside of the Kennel, WCC has small gyms. Recruits always want to play teams like Kansas, UCONN, Kentucky (other SEC teams), Duke (other ACC teams).
Those gyms will likely stay like that after BYU leaves....WHY? Because those local gyms outside of playing BYU, Gonzaga or SMC won't fill their gyms. No income, not on TV enough = not enough revenue to build larger places.
