No P5 team considered any other WCC team for expansion
except for BYU. Why is that?
BYU program (sports programs) are 6x better than what the WCC teams have.
Outside of SMC and Gonzaga areas, BYU pretty much is more vocal and supportive to away venues. Coach Few has mentioned it is about time for OTHER WCC teams AND fans to rise up...BYU, Zags and SMC...every other team in the WCC is at least two to three steps below.
Level of play is what bugs me the most...I would rather play UP in all sports, that is the ONLY way to improve your game (outside of recruiting/coaching).
Zags, BYU and SMC....that's it in the conference...and I hope BYU throttles your team all season long...that's just how I prefer to play any sport. I WANT MY TEAM to beat YOUR TEAM...I respect your team and program.
