i think a lot of 4 and 5* guys are rated there because they matured early and
had size at age 16 and stood out. they may actually physically peak compared to their peers in high school.
not all of them, but i bet a lot do.
what you want is the guys who peak at age 20 or 21. not 16. and maybe some even peak later in life and succeed in the NFL.
