My theory on that is the bad teams have the early picks, and therefore have a
a lot more of the 4* and 5* recruits. But this then shows that the college game is much more dependant on 4* and 5* recruits than the NFL.
Because, and let's face it, Alabama and all the top programs aren't going to change philosophies because SB teams didn't have many 4* and 5* recruits on their teams.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that the Star ratings will never mean as much to BYU as it will to teams..
