doing what was done at Utah and finding athletes regardless of stars. Utah put together some very good defenses and they were loaded with middle of the pack and no-name recruits. A bunch of them became NFL guys as well, or at least had very impressive college careers. Get those guys first and start producing with them, and more of the higher rated guys will come when they've seen the track record. Really, they already are. More of the Robertson's and McKee's etc will choose BYU over time.
