Validate good or bad at byu. Ive spent a good chunk of childhood and adulthood on east coast and I will say my personal experience at byu was pretty contrary to most of my negative preconceived notions going in. Not all, but most. So I tend to think the truth is somewhere in the middle on most of these issues.
