why it's good to focus on what matters probably changed alot of minds. Might sound cheesy, but I believe we Change minds one positive exchange at a time, & the tendency toward defensive & outrage doesn't change anyone's mind.
Sometimes it just confirms negative impressions or leads to never openly discussing "why" w people who misinterpret or been brainwashed into thinking its a big involuntary nazi system.
Thats my experience anyway, re engaging those who poke fun w zero understanding of the obvious benefits of taking care of body & business.
