The only P5 teams that didn't schedule P5 OOC were the bad teams.
They made exceptions for all the schools the minimum OOC requirement was meant to impact. Thr tOSU type schools were playing marquis OOC games before the scheduling requirement came out and continue to do so. The lower tier P5 schools were playing easy OOC slates and they continue to do so as well.
The P5 OOC requirement was a talking point whose time came and went. No P5 conference is enforcing any kind of scheduling requirement.
