Unfortunately I think that for most schools, basketball isn't even a factor
There's definitely some where it is - the aforementioned Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke... maybe a few more.

But the difference between a mediocre team like Colorado (106 wins over the last 5 years) and a bad team like Utah (83 wins over the last 5 years) doesn't really drive any sort of meaningful difference in realignment value

Giving 10% for basketball attendance and 10% for basketball performance would be a huge amount considering that football attendance is only getting 20% and football performance is only getting 15%.

If I were to carve out 20% (equally) for basketball performance, we'd end up with

32% football viewership
20% market size
16% football attendance
12% football performance
10% basketball attendance
10% basketball performance

Which seems way too high

If I just made basketball attendance/performance 20% of the football counterparts, then we'd have

40% TV viewership
25% market size
16% football attendance
4% basketball attendance
12% football performance
3% basketball performance

Which would probably be better and more accurate. But it would also be a ton of work for me to get all the basketball attendance and performance data for factors which would have a relatively small impact
