Are you counting viewership from CCG and NY6 games?
If so your numbers are entirely off. Clemson, TCU, and Utah would be vastly overrated. Networks want the best media draws in those games. They want USC-UW/UO or FSU-UNC in a CCG. Teams from small media markets hurt their potential viewership numbers. They don't help.
It also would be double counting on-field success.
UNC is also undervalued as an expansion candidate, particularly if they're the only P2 team from NC. Give them that advantage and they're recruiting would light up.
