Don't need BYU ties
to support them. The lack of exposure and access has been the biggest obstacle. In General, it seems members are anxious to support BYU-- be it sports, Young Ambassadors, Dance team etc... BYU is a central hub of LDS people and Culture. Members of the Church are anxious to be part of that.
It is often hard to see and feel that around here with so many Yewts... but outside this skewed bubble, BYU is in many ways, like ND.
