of the Ute clowns, frankly you're not sensitive enough to their idiocy. It's easy to call everyone else self-righteous or notice how offensive others are when you're caught in their crosshairs. It's not as easy to notice self righteousness when it doesn't offend you.

It goes both ways. It goes a long way both ways. A huge portion of otherwise nice people become, insufferable, rude, and offensive when they go into Ute fan mode. So you can keep your broad brush and your anecdote about how you converted your buddy to being a Utah fan. There's plenty of crappy people who wear red.
