Of course, at the same time... does anyone really think that BYU wouldn't have told the WCC "hey, if a BCS conference comes knocking, we're out?"

And does anyone think that the WCC wouldn't have been understanding of that, and simply just been thrilled at the prospect of having BYU around for even one single season?
