Adding Utah not a business decision.
Utah was the ride-along fallback plan to bring in Colorado when the other idea failed. Don't deny this. Yewtah takes far more from the contract than they add. Utah receives an equal share of $20 Million, but does not add nearly half that in value. The same would not likely be true for BYU.
