It's not Larry Scott. It's Stanford and Cal. Scott can't
over ride the Presidents of the schools. It has to be unanimous and BYU, TCU, Baylor, SMU, even ND, won't stand a chance.
Although, I wonder about ND. I would like to see ND show interest just to see what they would do. They may well change their stance, but perhaps not.
Alas, it is a moot point. ND won't show interest and no other religious based/owned institution will be considered. It isn't a Mormon martyr thing. It's a religious thing and it isn't Larry Scott's call. He actually wanted to consider BYU before but was told they would not get the votes.
