This ticks me off, when someone uses the term so lightly
in reference to my LDS faith.

When a group of secular research institutions wants to add more secular research institutions, that is not bigotry.

No more than the WCC adding another religious school.

The fact that BYU would be the only current Pac-12 that is not considered a major research institution couldn't have anything to do with it, no it must because everyone in the Pac hates Mormons.

The LDS church has done a lot more things that can be perceived as bigotry than the Pac-12. And it annoys me when people throw that label on the church. From racism to anti gay. And yet there is a lot more substance there than the Pac-12 not inviting BYU to the conference.

Gimme a break.

BYU has never received a BCS conference invite, and only look to now because the Big 12 is desperate. But somehow no invite from Pac-12 makes them bigots.
