Those programs don't get one and done's from MWC teams. USC does. Oregon might get a 2 for 1. You need to realize that SEC and Big Ten teams have huge stadiums that pay FBS teams big money for one and done games. Utah will not even come close to the money necessary to do this. And guaranteeing a game on the Pac=12 Network is not that enticing. At this point Utah can only afford one and done's with FCS teams because the going rate is simply too high.
