How about USC, Oregon, Stanford, Washington, Cal,
and the rest of the PAC, in addition to Michigan and USU teams? Plus the issue with the more home game requirement and BYU not being flexible with that - I am not saying they should be - it makes it tough to have the rivalry game.
By the way, just so it's clear. Utah isn't demanding a 2 for 1 with BYU, it would just have to be that to continue however. It's a matter of schedules, not Utah thinking it should have a 2 for 1 with BYU.
Clearly BYU does not want that scenario and I don't think I would either.
Utah is making the call but BYU isn't just on the sidelines watching. They have made their decision in this as well as a contributing factor.
Utah isn't just making a decision without at least trying to work with BYU.
Again, I likely make the same decision BYU has given the circumstances.
