Utah is still near the top of College Football... UNLV, New Mexico, Colorado State, and Wyoming are still much (bigger) bottom feeders. That being said I am sure UU could schedule them on a one and done basis... GIVEN... the payout for that game is as large as the payout they can receive from a team like Wisconsin, Texas or Georgia.

Ultimately UU would be better off having one in-state FCS team, and one in-state FBS team every year to fill up their spots. Having SUU or Weber come to Salt Lake (easier to schedule as a 1 and done)every year would be more interesting than Montanta Tech...
