I doubt those teams you listed are willing to do 1 and done.
I don't think the Utes can offer enough $$ to those schools to make a 1 and done worth it. Unless the Utes are willing to share more than a % of gate receipts. I don't see those schools doing 1 and done deals now with teams like Utah. 1 and done with Nebraska? Sure. With Oregon St, or UCLA? Nope.
BYU will obviously not agree to play anything but home and home with the Utes, and it would need to be a straight up deal. Say goodbye to the rivalry game. I won't miss it personally.
