I REALLY like the idea of inserting occasional neutral site games into the rivalry. You could either do 3-year deals where you have SLC-Provo-neutral site (not necessarily in that order) or 4-year deals where you do SLC-neutral-Provo-neutral. I would prefer the 3 year deals, so the rivalry game is in LES every 3 years.

There are a host of great neutral sites, but I would like to see a rotation of
Las Vegas, Denver, San Diego, and Honolulu.

Another option would be to go Georgia-Florida or Army-Navy and ALWAYS play at a neutral site. Split the gate and TV revenues every year. Georgia and Florida say that they make more money from neutral site than home-home.

The only reason would avoid the neutral-site scenarios is because they know deep down that all neutral-site venues would favor BYU. Anywhere outside of SLC really.
