If Utah does not play BYU, and has limited success in P12
This will change quickly. Utah has a very bandwagon fanbase. Most climbed on due to the very recent success. Just 10 years ago you couldn't get 20,000 people to a Utah football game. That fanbase is not going to stick around for the hard times(see Utah basketball).
